Today is a great day! It’s my birthday! Do you think that’s going to stop me from posting for the Crazy Albuquerque Real Estate Blog-a-Thon?
Well, maybe just a little bit, lol, but I still plan to have two more posts after this today.
Here are my Day 12 Bullets:
- I’m in a class right now in eXp Realty’s cloud office learning from Brad Andersohn, former community manager at ActiveRain and former Zillow Academy Director, who’s now eXp Realty’s education director. He’s showing us, among other things, how to change the Zestimates that appear on Zillow. Zestimates are computer-generated appraisals of your home’s value. Zestimates are rarely accurate, but not everyone knows that. Zillow gets a ton of traffic and if the zestimate on your property is less than your list price it may discourage buyers from coming to see your house. I can solve that now (within reason), if you contact me. Curious to see a computer-generated value of your house? Try this.
- Yesterday I wrote a post for real estate professionals called “Why Do Video?” To sum it up, I do video because it helps me polish my real estate skills and I like having video content to plugin here, there, and everywhere.
- I published my Northern Meadows Real Estate Report. Home sales were down in 2014 after a great year in 2013, but the percentage of short sales and foreclosures declined strongly, which is fantastic!
- Should I Buy a Short Sale House? I get a ton of web leads from my main website AlbuquerqueRealEstatePlace.com, and I still have to talk about short sales and why they are not right for everyone! This post is something I’ll be sending out to all the people who register on my site so they can understand and opt out of short sales if they choose.
Have a great day everyone!
