Mesa Real Estate Institute Launched August 1st, 2017!

I’m super excited to announce the Mesa Real Estate Institute launched on August 1st! Mesa is my new real estate education business that offers productivity workshops and continuing education for New Mexico real estate brokers.

When I was given the opportunity to become an instructor for the new NMREC Core Course earlier this year, it awakened the teacher in me and help me to realize just how much I missed being a teacher. After teaching the Core course a few times, I knew I wanted to expand my teaching and offer even more courses.

I’m building my course offerings slowly, right now here are the classes I’m approved to teach with a brief summary of each one:

NMREC 2017 Core Course

The NMREC 2017 Core Course replaces the old mandatory course. It’s a four hour course that covers territory that’s relevant to all real estate licensees whether you specialize in residential, commercial, land, or property management. The Core class is required to be taken by real estate licensees each year of their licensing cycle. Licensees who have already take the Mandatory Course, which is no longer offered, during their current licensing cycle are exempt until their next cycle.

Clear the Confusion: Offers (Counters, Multiples, etc.)

Clear the Confusion is a Core Elective. Each licensee is required to have one Core Elective during their licensing cycle. Clear the Confusion covers confusing scenarios and confusing forms including the RANM 5103 (Invitation to Offer), RANM 1503 (Back Up Purchase Agreement), RANM 2503 (Buyer Sale Contingency) and RANM 2503A (Buyer Closing and Funding Contingency).

Anatomy of a Purchase Contract

Anatomy of a Purchase Contract is another Core Elective. It covers the RANM Purchase Agreement paragraph by paragraph to help new licensees understand the complexities of the form and to help more seasoned Realtors keep up with the frequent changes in language and procedures.

Reviews for Real Estate Agent Rich Cederberg

Albuquerque Real Estate Agent Rich Cederberg (505) 803-5012, eXp Realty

"Rich was extremely patient with me during the home buying process. Never felt any high-pressure tactics and he gave me very honest advice about particular properties. I was able to reach him easily by email, phone and text message. I'm very happy in my new home and I would definitely recommend him and use his services again."

"I tend to stress out, Rich kept me calm. I worry about details, Rich kept on top of the details before I had a chance to worry about them. He kept in touch with my lender, recommended the right inspections and inspectors, and explained to me how to avoid potential pitfalls during the process. Once I had found my dream home Rich kept my enthusiasm in check and prevented me from offering more than fair market value. I ended up getting my home for thousands less than I thought I would have to pay for it."

"That Rich is professional, knowledgeable, patient and honest goes without saying. A good agent SHOULD be all those things. What separates Rich from the rest is his compassion for the customer and what they are going through."
