“Should I Buy an Albuquerque Foreclosure Home?” is the next video in my series of answers to Albuquerque home buyer’s frequently asked questions. Buying a home that has been foreclosed and is now bank owned can be a good way to get an awesome deal on an Albuquerque house, and in spite of what you may have heard, many of them are not disasters.
In this video I talk about the pros and cons of buying a foreclosure home.
They’re not the nightmare stories that you may have heard of, most of the ones that I have shown have been in very good condition, sometimes the bank even goes in and puts in new carpet, new paint and new countertops to make the home right. So I would say definitely contact a Realtor who’s going to show you foreclosure homes, they’re some of the best deals out there.”
Please check back next Monday morning for the next in this series of unscripted, unrehearsed videos based upon frequently asked home buyer questions.
