Las Marcadas is a neighborhood in NW Albuquerque just north of Paseo Del Norte and west of Golf Course Blvd, in the shadow of Petroglyph National Monument.
The first generation of homes were built in the mid 1990’s by Opel Jenkins and RayLee Homes, two very fine builders. The second generation of homes closer to Golf Course Blvd were built between 2004 and 2007 by local builder Kim Brooks.
There is a voluntary neighborhood association (Piedras Marcadas Neighborhood Association) in the neighborhood, but there is no mandatory HOA.
In addition to the quality of the homes in the neighborhood, residents enjoy the easy access to Paseo del Norte, the walkable distances to Smith’s Grocery and Starbucks, plus the short driving distance to the restaurants and shopping at Cottonwood Mall.
