Selling a house is not easy, you need a Realtor who takes marketing properties online seriously.
“When I list a property for sale, I take the marketing very seriously. I start with high quality HDR photos taken by a fantastic photographer and I also do a hosted home tour where we travel through the house with a steady-cam showing how one room flows to another, and then I go back and do voice over over the video, talking about features of the house, and the neighborhood if appropriate. I can get way more information out to consumers that way that I can with a limited number of characters on the MLS.
But I take it a step further, I pay for higher placement on the big real estate portals like Zillow, Trullia, and Realtor.com. Every month I have my listings at the top of the search results from them. And I feature them and my websites and blog, AlbuquerqueRealEstatePlace.com, right on the home page. My web alone gets 6,000 visits a month, where a typical Realtor’s website gets maybe 250 per month. Again, I take marketing properties online very seriously because that’s what it takes to sell a house.”
