I had a fabulous lunch the other day and Hannah’s and Nates in Corrales.
It was a beautiful November day, and maybe one of our last chances to sit and eat outside, so we ate on the patio out in front.
Inside it’s very colorful.
I had the Tuscan Meatloaf Sandwhich. It was dynamite! The meatloaf was fabulous to begin with and the toppings were super yummy too. The toppings were carmelized peppers and onions, jack cheese, and I couldn’t say no to the optional green chili and mushrooms. When I ordered the sandwich I was wondering “How good can meatloaf be?” Now I know-Absolutely Fantastic!
After lunch we drove around and took some pictures of the fall colors in Corrales. I love the fact the the fall colors peak here in early November and not early October like back in Chicago.
If you’re thinking that it’s surprisingly green here in New Mexico then I need to remind you-this is Corrales. Not all parts of Corrales are this green, but this picture is taken down by the river.
