Did you know that many real estate agents who supposedly ‘blog’ actually use Ghost Writers? Instead of these agents writing their own original content, they hire someone else to do the work, sometimes for up to $75 per post!
Wow, $75 per post sounds pretty darn expensive to me, but I guess it’s actually a good deal-the same writers charge up to $125 per web page! (sarcasm)
Now, those of you who know me know that I am very tight with a dollar ( a rare but desirable trait in a Realtor!), but even if it was way less expensive there is no way I would ever pay anyone to create content for my blog.
I just don’t believe that someone who lives in northern California or wherever can write anything worth reading about Albuquerque Real Estate. I mean you could look up Albuquerque in Wikipedia and jot down some notes, maybe even Google Albuquerque for current events, but it’s still not going to be authentic. It’s just going to be keyword-rich garbage.
Now you may have read some of my posts, and seen some of my photos and thought, “Well there’s no way Rich paid money for the stuff!” lol. But for those of you who are doubters I want to say-everything written on my blogs were written or by me; I have never plagiarized or cut-and-pasted even the shortest paragraph. The only exceptions have been only 5 posts or so written for me by others, and they were clearly given credit.
So if you choose to come here to read about Albuquerque real estate or some of the NM points of interest or anything else I write, let me say an emphatic THANK YOU! If it falls a little short of your expectations then please forgive me, like I said it’s not professionally written. But it is written by me (please forgive the imperfections).
Want to hear another shocker? I take my own photos too! And yes, I probably do need to get a better camera…
